Terms of Service

Welcome to Magnet Moments. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Magnet Moments website at magnetmoments.cc and the products and services we offer (the “Service”). Magnet Moments is operated by HNS PH Solutions OPC(“we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By using the Service you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. Custom, made-to-order products

Our products are personalised and produced to order from the photos and options you provide. Because each item is made specifically for you, please review your design, size, and quantity carefully before ordering. Once production has begun, an order generally cannot be changed or cancelled (see our Refunds & Returns Policy).

3. The content you upload

You keep all ownership of the photos and content you upload. By submitting content to fulfil an order, you grant us a limited licence to store, reproduce, and print it solely for the purpose of producing and delivering your order.

You represent and warrant that, for any content you upload:

• you own it or have all rights and permissions needed to have it printed, including the consent of any identifiable person in it; and
• it does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other right, and is not unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or obscene.

We may refuse or cancel any order whose content we reasonably believe breaches these Terms, and we are not responsible for verifying that you hold the rights to what you upload.

4. Orders, pricing, and payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time before you place an order. Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or payment cannot be verified. Any taxes, duties, or shipping charges are additional unless stated otherwise.

5. Colour and print variation

Screens display colour differently from printed material, and slight variation between what you see on your device and the finished magnet is normal. Minor differences in colour, cropping within stated tolerances, or finish are not defects.

6. Our intellectual property

The Magnet Moments name, logo, website, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service, or access areas of the site not intended for customers.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of the Philippines will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer- protection laws of your country of residence apply.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version, and changes take effect when posted. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
