We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you do not upload photos that reveal it unless it is necessary for your order.

3. Your photos

The photos you upload are used only to produce your order. We do not sell them, use them for advertising, or share them except with the service providers who help us fulfil your order. We keep them only as long as needed to complete your order and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted. You may ask us to delete your uploaded photos at any time (see section 6).

• Service providers that host our platform and database and help us run the shop (for example, our cloud hosting and database provider), under agreements that require them to protect your data;
• Shipping and payment partners, to the extent needed to deliver your order and take payment; and
• Authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your data is stored using reputable cloud infrastructure and protected by technical and organisational measures. Because we and our providers may operate across borders, your information may be processed in countries other than your own; where it is, we take steps to ensure it remains protected.
